I have accidentally acquired a signature dish- well it's actually more of a nibble/finger food.. It is a caramelized onion and feta tart. I always receive rave reviews whenever I take this little number to gatherings or bbq's, I have made this tart so many times that I have perfected my technique of making it and can whip it up in ten minutes as long as I have done the following preparations in advance.
